Hi, I’m Lisa—founder of Lisa Yoga N2L. I believe yoga is about showing up just as you are, not about perfect form or spiritual achievement. My approach is grounded in grace, movement, and breath—with space for stillness, reflection, and even prayer. Whether you’re brand new or returning after a long pause, you’re welcome here. This practice is for every body—and every heart seeking a quiet place to land.
