These faith-based yoga lessons focus on gentle movement, breath, Scripture, and rest. Rather than emphasizing flexibility or performance, the intention is to slow down, move with care, and support mental and emotional well-being.
Rooted in Christian faith, the practice remains open and unforced. Scripture is offered as grounding rather than instruction, and movement invites participation without pressure. You are encouraged to honor your body as it is today.
Whether you come for one quiet moment or return as needed, you are welcome. Come as you are. Move with care. Rest when needed.
